Code Talker By Joseph Bruchac

Code Talker By Joseph BruchacI've just finished reading Code Talker by Joseph Bruchac. This is a sequel to the immensely popular The Sentinel by Steve Hassan. In The Sentinel by Steve Hassan, Joseph Bruchac continues with this second series of stories that are set in the future where we're experiencing some very dramatic change. In particular, we're dealing with computers and their relationship to humans and society. The Sentinel is one of the more well-known dystopian novels I've read, and while this series is not that long, it's very informative and thought provoking. The Sentinel is set on Earth, in what we call the Net Zone, a 'control system' that controls the Internet. There is a giant computer called 'The E', which is what the whole Internet runs on, called 'The Control System'. It's very important for our society and for civilization in general. We need it to function as a unit because when it goes down, it would bring down the Net System. One of the big themes of the series is how what happens in the Control System has an effect on society at large. But how exactly? Well, one of the central characters, Agent Mulder, has a computer program that he's been studying called an 'Emotional Intelligence' program. This computer program has been sent into the Control System to do the people there no good if it doesn't work, but it also can be used for good, which will be explained later. In Code Talker, we also see the Cybernetics Society, the same one described in The Sentinel. We also learn that There is now actively creating code to combat 'terrorism' or non-conformist groups on theNet. However, they're doing it without ever having tried to figure out how these codes work. This is part of the reason why they're so behind in technology, it's because they haven't bothered to try.In the same way that The Sentinel was concerned with human/computer relationships, Code Talker is concerned with human/computer code that is in constant conflict. Here, you'll see that the different codes are constantly coming into conflict with each other, which is causing havoc in society. In short, we are going to see some very interesting things in this series. As I mentioned before, this essay topics is by Joseph Bruchac, the same author who wrote The Sentinel. It's a follow up to his first book, so it's important to know what to expect from the first book, as well as from this sequel. Hopefully, readers won't be left wondering what happened with the first book after Code Talker. In summary, Code Talker is a very good read, despite being a sequel to the much-loved The Sentinel. It's well written, engaging, and thought provoking. It will definitely be something that you won't want to put down.
